Businesses and non-profit organizations meet on the same level – this is the motto of the annual AKTIVOLI marketplace. This year, Marie-Lise Bruguet and Jendrik Peters took over for Kipaji and threw themselves into the market.
Behind the concept of the market place is the exchange of know-how, manpower and everything else that comes to mind (apart from money) between the non-profits and the companies.
In the Körber Forum in Hamburg’s HafenCity, the two sides met on Thursday (30.10.2014) for a two-hour evening event. After a brief introduction by the organizers, the long-awaited ship bell was heard – the market square was opened. Already began the activity and the feeders ran wildly together.
In discussions between self-employed entrepreneurs and corporations on the business side and non-profit organizations from various sectors, possible “goods” and exchange transactions were discussed in detail and recorded in writing with the next steps.
Through the wild succession at the beginning of the event, we felt slightly overrun. But in the course of the evening we were able to conduct a lot of interesting discussions and made contacts and ultimately concluded three “good business”. We are looking forward to the opportunity to participate in such a successful project and the resulting partnerships through this evening!
